Lauren litigates matters involving financial and mortgage fraud, pursuing claims nationwide against appraisers, closing and escrow agents, mortgage brokers, and title insurers. She has achieved successful outcomes for clients through settlements, dispositive motions, and trials. Lauren works closely with clients to develop creative strategies for litigating cases and effectively supervising large matters nationwide.
Lauren began her practice as an associate at a litigation and intellectual property boutique firm in Southern California, where she represented large multinational corporations, including Roche, Nero, Harley-Davidson, Red Bull, VIZIO, and others. Lauren later joined Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro, where she worked with both the intellectual property and litigation departments on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil claims, and intellectual property matters.
