Overview
Jennifer has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of business disputes, as well as other areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She joined Mortgage Recovery Law Group at its inception, where her practice is focused on mortgage fraud recovery investigation and litigation. Jennifer’s adeptness at securing the cooperation and testimony of third party witnesses and subpoenaed parties in the mortgage fraud claim investigation process has facilitated pre-litigation and pre-trial resolution of numerous disputed claims.
Jennifer began her legal career at the major Los Angeles law firm of Wyman Bautzer Kuchel & Silbert where she got a solid grounding in litigation. She then worked at Gelfand & Hinojosa, where she obtained trial and general litigation experience in a broad array of business, commercial, employment and other disputes.
